How to use a MyCNBox Spreadsheet

This page is the full click path. Other guides go deeper on fees, warehouse QC, shipping, or dead links — they assume you already know this loop. For why first hauls should consolidate before international shipping, open the Blog Q&A; for haul-size decision gates, open the First haul checklist.

Step-by-step

  1. Find a China product link

Start in one category lane — shoes, hoodies, bags — instead of opening every tab at once.

Open the live Taobao, Tmall, 1688, or Weidian item page. Copy the full product URL, not a shop homepage, screenshot, or truncated share link.

If two rows look identical, keep the clearer gallery and size chart. Sellers reuse titles across batches.

  2. Paste into MyCNBox and set options

Paste the URL into the MyCNBox purchase / search box so the platform can read the item page.

Choose size, colour, and quantity exactly as you want them bought. Add a remark only when the seller must see it before purchasing starts.

  3. Pay Stage 1 — product + China domestic shipping

Stage 1 usually covers the item and domestic shipping to the warehouse. International freight comes later because final weight is known only after packing.

Purchasing and basic receiving/QC are often listed as a 0 service fee in help summaries; optional add-ons can still cost money. Confirm the live fee line before you pay.

  4. Wait for purchase and seller dispatch

Purchasing often starts within about 24 hours after payment — treat that as a typical window, not a guaranteed SLA.

Pre-warehouse tracking is usually China domestic tracking, not your later international parcel number. Watch order status instead of panicking early.

  5. Review warehouse QC

After intake, the warehouse weighs the item and uploads QC photos. Compare colour, logos, stitching, tags, accessories, and options to the listing you paid for.

Request clearer angles or start a return path before international shipping if something looks wrong. Details and timing: Warehouse QC & storage.

  6. Consolidate from storage

Each product link is usually its own purchase order, even from the same seller. Consolidation happens when you submit packing from storage.

Only include QC-approved keepers. Box removal or reinforcement can change both risk and freight.

  7. Choose route, coupon, insurance, and address

Confirm delivery address and declaration, pick a route, apply a shipping coupon if available, and add insurance if you want it.

The international address usually cannot be changed after dispatch — double-check before you pay the estimate. Planning detail: Shipping planning.

  8. Pay international shipping and track

Pay the live warehouse quote, then track under Parcels.

If an estimate overpays, unused amounts may return to balance — confirm live reconciliation rules. Keep unboxing evidence for higher-value claims.

Before you continue

  1. One category shortlisted before many sellers
  2. Live size chart checked
  3. Full product URL pasted
  4. Stage 1 breakdown understood
  5. QC reviewed before parcel submit
  6. Address / route / coupon confirmed live

FAQ

Do I need a spreadsheet to use MyCNBox?

No. Any valid supported marketplace URL works. Spreadsheets only speed up discovery.

Which Chinese platforms can I buy from?

Typically Taobao, Tmall, 1688, and Weidian. Paste the item URL into MyCNBox.

What is the safest next click after I like a card?

Open the live listing, confirm size/colour and the full URL, then decide if Stage 1 is still worth it.

Does each product link become a separate order?

Yes — even from the same seller. You consolidate later at packing.

When is international shipping due?

After QC and packing submit — not when you first paste the link.

Soft timing and fee claims above come from public help summaries. Re-verify inside the live MyCNBox dashboard / help center before you pay.
