First MyCNBox haul checklist
This is a decision checklist, not the full click path. For paste → pay → pack steps, use How to use the spreadsheet. For why one outbound parcel beats shipping finds alone, see the consolidate Blog note.

Quick reference
First-haul gates
| Gate | Pass when |
|---|---|
| Shortlist | Still worth Stage 1 after the live listing |
| Sizing | Chart matches your measurements closely enough |
| Restricted goods | Edge-case items confirmed before ordering |
| QC | Warehouse photos are acceptable |
| Ship | Address, route, and live freight look right |
Step-by-step
Keep haul #1 intentionally small
A few items in one lane beat a mixed closet dump. Large first hauls hide which cost or QC problem caused the pain.
Budget Stage 1 and international shipping as two lines. A cheap research estimate is not your landed cost.
Force a hard shortlist gate
Only keep rows you would still pay Stage 1 for after opening the live listing today.
Write a one-line role for each keeper (“daily Dunk”, “gym hoodie”) so impulse clones are obvious.
Trust size charts over titles
Asian sizing often differs from US/EU labels. Measure yourself and compare to the seller chart before Stage 1.
Thumbnails and spreadsheet titles can be recycled. The live page is the source of truth for stock, price, and variant.
Use storage to gather, not to stall QC
Help summaries cite about 90 days of free storage — confirm live. Use it to collect a few QC-passed keepers, then pack once.
Do not leave failed QC items sitting “until later” if they will poison a parcel decision.
Make QC a hard ship gate
Wrong variants and visible defects are cheaper to fix in China than after international dispatch.
Only pack items that still deserve freight. Details: Warehouse QC & storage.
Know what this site cannot do
We do not sell products, hold wallets, process refunds, or change parcel addresses.
Balance, KYC, returns, and live parcel exceptions belong in official MyCNBox tools.
Before you continue
- Cart small and one-lane
- Stage 1 vs freight budgeted separately
- Size chart checked the day you order
- Sensitive goods flagged early
- QC approved before packing
- Listing + QC screenshots saved for higher-value items
FAQ
How many items should haul #1 include?
Fewer is safer — enough to learn QC and freight, not enough to create a volumetric shock.
Do I need an account to browse this site?
No. You need a MyCNBox account only when you submit a link, pay, and manage a parcel.
Where do I track after Stage 1?
Inside MyCNBox — not on the research card. Domestic warehouse tracking ≠ later international tracking.
What if QC looks wrong on haul #1?
Stop before packing. Request more photos if needed, then use return/refund paths while the goods are still in China.
